add me to the list of people that are against the illegal use of taxpayer money to fund an illegal activity.
To Portland's city council: You should be ashamed of your actions, using tax payer dollars to fund something you know to be illegal. not only should you cease this disgraceful act, but, if possible, you should have charges brought against each of you that voted for it.
