The Portland City Council has become a defiant organization that does
what is right in its own eyes regardless what the community wants or
whether it is legal. I am sick of all there actions and want some
justice for them to do what is lawfully right. The city councils
action is one big reason I would never live inside the city limits of
Portland.
They say Portland has a dark history from its beginning. It still
that way today.
